Rod Stewart
BBC doing a weekend thing about it, it seems.

What's WHOs view? I think some of his work is good, but there's plenty of shit and he seems like a proper cunt in person.

On seeing this thread title my first thought was, dead?

My second thought was, nonce?

Done some good stuff with the Faces. The killing of Georgie and Hot
legs were tracks I liked.

Re: ROD STEWART
Very decent singer, solid performer gravely voice what's not to like, very Original sound .

Though sadly for Rod Stewart my favourite thing related to him is Kenny Everett's funny impression.

Re: ROD STEWART
Excellent early career, some truly awful bilge later on,a part from a couple of decent tracks (decent version of Down Town Train....erm that's it). I think most people cite Sailing as the moment it all went wrong.

Re: ROD STEWART
Saw him at the O2 a few years ago when I took the place of someone who couldn't go.

Thought he was excellent actually and not sure I've ever heard a bad word about him.
